Promoting the Frytastic Brand: Belgian Fries and More

Overview:

Frytastic, a fast-food chain that specializes in Belgian fries, aimed to raise its profile and draw broader attention with a creative, hard-hitting social media campaign. The brand was looking for appetising, mouth-watering visuals and shareable content that would draw food lovers in and expose the range of items they have on their menu such as fries, burgers, hotdogs and ice cream. We worked with Frytastic to create stunning social media advertising that showcased the products in a mouthwatering, engaging and playful campaign.

1. Branding

The main goal was to design a powerful and appealing brand image that “fast (food) lovers” could relate to, and elevate the premium-category status of Frytastic’s Belgian fries. We created a spirited and professional looking logo, the design embodies the brand’s level of fun & flavor. The palette was described as a combination of warm reds, which made you feel hungry and satisfied. The branded artwork was used in a variety of promotions such as social posts, posters and ads. The challenge was, to make sure all content they received in the future, including product shots and fun ad creative stayed on-brand with Frytastic’s energetic and flavorful image.

2. Social Media Management

Social Campaign for Frytastic When developing Frytastic’s social campaign, we prioritized a high level of imagery to feature their food at its finest. The content calendar was a blend of product promo, customer engagement and flirty messaging to get responses back. There were close-ups of burgers, fries, hot dogs and ice creams with such pithy call-to-actions as “Taste the Flavour,” “Burgerlicious at its Finest” and “Living the Sweet Life.” Each post was crafted with this in mind, using bold text and bright colors that would catch fans’ eyes and prompt them to act whether that meant placing an online order or coming into the store.

Impact:

The results were immediate. Within the first month of the campaign Frytastic saw a 60% increase in engagement across their social media channels. The visually outstanding and eye catching posts) generated a great increase of website and in-store traffic. Exclusively highlighting eye-popping visuals helped us build buzz around Frytastic’s wide range of menu offerings and spurred a robust uptick in orders from already loyal diners, as well as new ones.

Results

And we did it, helping Frytastic establish a stand-out online presence that reflects the vibrancy and quality of their products. SOCIAL MEDIA TheDress was a global trendsetter – and the same goes for variety and ideas around Valentine’s Day on social media, where fellow retailers sought to join in on this timely conversation.
