2. Social Media Management
The social media strategy was geared to ignite wanderlust and connect with potential travelers by highlighting ACR Tours’ diversity of experiences. We created and maintained a content calendar with compelling posts about the beauty of Puerto Rico, cultural activities in-country (events) and special tours programs like “Roam Freely, Roam Far” or “Mojitos Class.” Among the content were pictures and mottos like ‘There’s No Place Like Home…Except for Puerto Rico” and “Island Vibes and Smiles,” which filled the remaining air with the spirit of the island’s friendly, welcoming nature. By complimenting “island charm” with clear calls to action, such as “Book Now”, they saw an increase in immediate bookings.
Impact:
The results were immediate. Engagement on ACR Tours’ social media sites also exponentially expanded, Instagram followers increased by 50% in only a couple of months. The vibrant images along with educational content struck a chord among prospective visitors seeking an authentic Puerto Rican experience. There was also an increase in drive traffic to the booking page since more travelers were inspired to book tours and experience the island with ACR Tours.
