Overview:

CleanAir air conditioning maintenance business was looking to establish itself within the market by raising awareness of the value of servicing air conditioning. They asked for advice on how to educate their target market on the importance of AC maintenance with how much it can improve the efficiency and air quality of their systems, as well as making them last longer. We partner with CleanAir to implement a very focused social media strategy, based on high-impact and easily relatable content about the need for regular AC cleaning.

1. Branding

The brand marking of CleanAir should be trusted, reliable and the health-improving properties of clean air. We developed a contemporary and clean logo with snowflake icon while maintaining the emblem of freshness and coolness, evident on how it provides its main service. Its harmonizing color scheme was present as calming blues to suggest cleanliness, comfort and reliability. The brand and visual identity has been applied to all necessary channels including social media graphics, advertisement and promotional materials guaranteeing a professional look&feel throughout the programme.

2. Social Media Management

With CleanAir, we educated on the why of by educating about the importance of having regular AC maintenance done and discussing the benefits of a clean air system. We generated a content calendar that featured a spread of captivating posts—such as customer testimonials, maintenance reminders and why air quality matters. Each post consisted of a beautifully crafted visual, and included the brand’s corporate colors and bold, easily digestible content. Some posts featured the need to clean AC units, prevent heat build up and increase airflow – complete with clear calls-to-action to contact CleanAir and book a maintenance service.

Impact:

The social campaign resulted in awareness of CleanAir’s services increasing by 40%. (Use specs on the result)-More customers realized the benefits of servicing AC units and submitted service request. The campaign also generated brand loyalty, as CleanAir positioned itself as the knowledgeable authority on A/C servicing.
